A: It is really easy to place an order. Once you have settled on an item that you want to purchase, just click on the ADD button and it will be automatically placed into your shopping cart. If you want to order more than one of the same item, use the SELECT QUANTITY drop down menu. The item will appear on the right of the screen under the ITEMS IN CART button. You can easily keep an eye on what you are ordering. You can remove items later if you wish. Once you have finished shopping, click on CHECKOUT. Before checking out you can pick a freight option and calculate how much freight you can save by increasing your order. Your credit card details will be secure on our SECURE SERVER. This is the fastest and most efficient way to order. Your order will be acknowledged within 24 hours.
If you do not want to order online, you can either e-mail your order or fax it.

Q: How fast will my order be shipped?
A: Your order will be acknowledged within 24 hours. As most items are usually in stock, your order will be ready for shipping within 48 hours. Speed of delivery depends on what type of delivery method you choose. Within Australia delivery will be between 1 - 7 days depending on location. International options are: INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY POST, allow 2 - 3 weeks depending on location; INTERNATIONAL AIR POST, allow 1 - 2 weeks depending on location or UPS DOOR TO DOOR, allow 3-7 working days depending on location. Note that you can achieve substantial freight savings if your order is over certain dollar values. More freight saving information is displayed on every product screen.
Q: Do you manufacture the Dynamo House goods?
A: Yes, most of our products are manufactured in our two factories in Melbourne, Australia. All Dynamo House products are based on our own unique designs.

A: If you are a registered business you can purchase wholesale. Certain conditions apply. Please contact us via e-mail.
Q: Shipping can be very expensive, do you offer any deals?
A: Yes we do. Considerable freight savings are always available. They are displayed on every product page. You can easily calculate your savings on the freight page during checkout.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem of some kind you will find us sympathetic. But please understand that all claims must to be lodged WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt of goods via e-mail or fax. We will arrange for replacement goods shipment and notify you via e-mail. Goods can only be returned with our written authorization.
Q: Are any Dynamo House products tested on animals?
A: NO. None of our products are tested on animals. ALL of our products are tested on humans.
